At ServiceTruckAccessories.com, we’re committed to getting your gear delivered safely and on schedule. Here’s what you need to know about shipping. 

Shipping Method & Rates: 

We use two shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your order: 

Standard Ground Shipping (Weight-Based)

Small items like tool racks, lighting, crane accessories, and safety equipment ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order. 

  • 0-1 lb: $15.00
  • 1-2 lb: $19.00
  • 2-3 lb: $25.00
  • 3-4 lb: $30.00
  • 4-5 lb: $37.50
  • 5-6 lb: $45.00
  • 6-7 lb: $52.00
  • 7-50 lb: $60.00

Delivery Time: 5-8 days after shipment

LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Shipping (Flat Rate) 

Large items like DuaLock™ Drawers, Bolt Bins, Lube Skids, and Air Compressors ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Flat rate shipping applies. 

  • Small DuaLock™ Drawers & Bolt Bins: $125

  • Large DuaLock Drawers (29”W): $175

  • Air Compressors: $465

  • Lube Skids: $500

Delivery Time: Varies by carrier and location. 

IMPORTANT - Unloading Equipment Required: LTL Freight shipments require a forklift, crane, or other unloading equipment at the delivery location. The driver will not assist with unloading. Please ensure you have proper equipment ready before scheduling delivery. 

Commercial Address Only: LTL freight deliveries are only available to commercial addresses with loading docks or unloading equipment. We cannot ship freight items to residential addresses. 

Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Ship within 2 business days of order placement

Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive carrier information and a tracking number via email. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged: 

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

  3. Contact us immediately at customerservice@servicetruckaccessories.com or 888-688-7882 during normal business hours. 

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
