Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and condition of the returned item. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our customer service team will inform you of any applicable restocking fees when you initiate your return request.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges (if applicable).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
