At just 575 lbs empty – nearly 50% lighter than comparable steel-frame systems – the LubePro 80 preserves precious payload for tools, parts, and additional equipment while delivering everything you need for a full day of field lube service.

Two 38-gallon oil tanks provide 76 gallons of total capacity, while the 50-gallon used oil tank handles collection and transport. Air-operated 5:1 pumps deliver 2–4 GPM, and digital metered dispensers with formable non-drip tips ensure accurate, clean fluid delivery every time. The innovative two-piece modular design separates the tank section and reel assembly independently, fitting a compact 49.5"L × 46"W × 47.5"H footprint, ideal for mid-size service trucks and work vans. Integrated forklift pockets and four heavy-duty tie-down/lifting rings make transportation and installation fast and safe.

Need more capability? Upgrade to the LubePro 80A for an air reel, the 80F for oil filtration, or the 80FA for both.
